Hi. In 2018/19 I took out a three-year contract with Chase tracker. For three years they failed to provide me with any documentation. After numerous attemps to get proof of my account or contract; I was unsuccesful. The contract ended in March 2022. I called to end the contract. It is now Desember 2022 and they are still deduction money from my account. They have confirmed cancellation of the contract but are still deducting from my bank account.
Thi company would not provide documentation for three years. I kept calling them; they promise they would send my documentation bit never do. After three years, i still don't have a single document regarding my contract. Now that the contract are finished and i called in April to cancel; they are still debiting my account. Three months post cancellation.
Yellodata is unreachable. There is no way you can cancel a contract with them. I wrote an email cancelling a data contract; a year later, they're still debiting my account. Yellodata also sibscribed me to gaming, without my consent. I've been trying for four months to reverse this action without success. They're debiting my account with R499 faithfully every month. I just cannot overturn this. I'm powerless. They are getting away with this and no one can help.
