Very angry over UBER eats

Horrible experience with UBER eats, driver never delivered my food. He went to a wrong address and he confirmed he was at a wrong street when I was outside waiting for my food, now they refusing to refund me. I tried to call with no luck, so that means they allow their drivers to get away with crime. This is totally unacceptable.
