After a long time and investigation about Outsurance Life Insurance I came across so may people that are so disappointed in the way Outsurance handled claims and reject claims without proper consideration, pre-acceptance investigation etc... This is my story about Outsurance and the way they conduct business and the way the treat loyal clients.. Outsurance Claim nr: 140097837 Outsurance after almost five years your decision to reject my claim still haunts me and I am now at a point where I can’t take / face life any longer.. Stone Broke and at a point of no return and I am almost at the point where I am going to lose my property etc... All my years of blood sweat and tears gone in a blink. My point was and still is... 1. My wife died NOT because of any of her preconditions 2. My wife died of severe lung infection (pneumonia) and the main reason was sepsis. 3. The amount of medication given to her was via 13 drips and tube feed which caused sepsis and cause of death (This cause of death is also indicated on the “Confidential Document (BI1663) “ in possession of Home Affairs. 4. Yes that caused her heart to stop plus multiple organ failure... I can ask her DR. to give you a full report about her condition and what really caused her death... But I guess even that will not be enough for Outsurance to honor anything... I have previously tried to explain all the reasons to Outsurance but I was not successful in explaining why an answer that was given was not sufficient to your company. I still think that Outsurance did not make any effort to even try to understand the situation etc... If Dr.’s don't explain the total prognosis etc. to a patient in a way that a normal person. Can understand the illness, how is it possible to truthfully give correct feedback to anybody..? The application was done in 2011... My wife died on 26/06/2016 of sepsis due to VERY high doses of medication. Due to sepsis her heart failed because her pulse was racing over 130bps for almost a week. Drs. couldn’t get the pulse down. She was admitted due to very bad pneumonia. Outsurance, I won’t be able to become a charity case. I’ll rather say goodbye to this hard cruel world... I am over 60 now and suffer from Corrosive Rheumatoid Arthritis. Itself is not a very pleasant thing being eaten alive the decease each and every second of the day. I Pray in my Father’s name and hope that Outsurance can just sit still for a moment and take everything in consideration from the date of application, circumstances, etc., etc. etc..... before making final critical decisions... But these days computers and “Mammon” Rule the world... It looks like it’s not what you can do to help but rather what you can get as far as Outsurance are concerned. Yes one can’t imagine what MASSIVE change it brings instantaneously when your loved one pass away and you are left behind with and empty space where nothing and no one can fill what was taken away from you.. Afterwards when you submit a claim, which cannot replace my wife any possible way, then you get the second shock of your lifetime only a few days that her death when her life insurance company did not honor the claim. BANG! All planning for the future and last will gone down the drain in a few seconds. Now one sits with the loss of your wife and the loss of most of your possessions to survive. With time passed I have exhausted all my funds trying to coop and to keep my property but it did not realized at all... I have even tried to sell my property for the last almost five years to scale down and even that did not work. I have had more than six offers to purchase and not a single one passed the bank bond applications. I have really had the worst time of my life since my wife passed away. And now standing at Wits ‘end. Nowhere to go and no one to turn to... We looked after each other and never ever did I refuse her anything. I have buried her in Fourways Memorial Park which was her last wish. She was an angel and if you knew her you’d say it is impossible that she died after only a few days admitted to hospital. She did not even look sick. She walked out from a duplex house down stairs to the ambulance and thereafter made jokes in casualties... It was not my wife’s time to go... I know and that haunt me. I cannot accept the fact that within a few days my life since young man was taken away from me in a couple of days... I do thank Outsurance for their time, effort and nice words. I pray that God will lead and guide the persons in making decisions to make the right decision in His name and no other reasons at all. I. also thing that Outsurance must reconsider my application again after all these years and not allow technical things to influence their decision that can cause the loss of yet another life... I still think that Outsurance made any effort to give their client, which is me, any benefit of the doubt to honor their policy and advertising campaigns etc... I still can’t accept the outcome and you know well that I sit in a situation where I can’t afford a packet of chips how can I afford the services of an attorney? I am saying the following to Outsurance as a company who feel “0” for the wellbeing of their clients and that God knows the situation and that I now leave this case in His hands. Outsurance, after Umelda’s death you made all these arrangements to gain her medical information for years even before I met my wife.... Why didn’t you or why don't you require medical information from the applicant when a Life Insurance Policy application is received? Last but not least... 1) The ombudsman did not even investigate the issue properly. Their report was ready in a very short period of time which is not acceptable at all.. 2) I consider an exhumation and proper investigation of the real cause of death and just await the approval from the children... ClickBank is NOT a reliable option for anybody seeking payment solutions etc .. I've been trying my best for two months to get a refund approved by a seller through Clickbank and all I get is computer Generated Responses.. Invoice ID 2XTF6.... (Removed fro security reaosons) I am totally frustrated because of the fact that I still after almost two months did NOT received the refund from Click Bank I have made the payment from my PayPal account accounts@rustyreeves.co.za and the refund was supposed to be paid back into that account from which the money was withdrawn from my personal bank account.. Still not refunded. ClickBank does not know the meaning of customer service at all.. They SUCK BIG TIME...
