Horrible and money making Service

The worst experience ever by a Burial society. They made up cost for us to pay them more, We were made to pay for service we did not require, My mothers body was held for ransom. We required footage and we were told that upon paying we are going to get it however we are told about court now and that CCTV cannot be viewed by anyone, Thier package included airtime which we did not receive.
