Horrible and money making Service
The worst experience ever by a Burial society. They made up cost for us to pay them more, We were made to pay for service we did not require, My mothers body was held for ransom. We required footage and we were told that upon paying we are going to get it however we are told about court now and that CCTV cannot be viewed by anyone, Thier package included airtime which we did not receive.

Horrible and money making Service
The worst experience ever by a Burial society. They made up cost for us to pay them more, We were made to pay for service we did not require, My mothers body was held for ransom. We required footage and we were told that upon paying we are going to get it however we are told about court now and that CCTV cannot be viewed by anyone, Thier package included airtime which we did not receive.

Black business like this will never deliver in your time of grief..
The worst service ever received from a burial plan from Tshebedisano Burial society when burying my father, at the time of grief and confusion, we claimed for cash out and opted for another parlor for the burial, it has been two weeks no call, no sms, no follow up on our payment. Used their whatsapp line for extended communication and still the service is no responsive and the utter disgust is the inconsistent and diabolic, ferocious processing of our money that is not yet paid. Ill go every platform exposing this business. Run if you have a plan with them they NEVER deliver period. Policy no: M 0 9 0 3 6 0 1 2 0 0 8 J H B

Pole&Tent injuring family at funeral
Horrible funeral burial company. I was in attendance at my fathers funeral on the 29th January 2025. At the cemetry, the company failed to secure the poles that were holding the tent up properly. The poles had bricks cemented to the top of the pole which came loose and landed and hit me at the back of my head. I am currently attending at the dr.s office to see whether I have a concussion. I spoke to Cordelia who is the manager, highly unremorseful. Im an adult so my body can take trauma but if this was a child, there would be another burial being arranged. Please dont waste your money with this burial society

Pole&Tent injuring family at funeral
Horrible funeral burial company. I was in attendance at my fathers funeral on the 29th January 2025. At the cemetry, the company failed to secure the poles that were holding the tent up properly. The poles had bricks cemented to the top of the pole which came loose and landed and hit me at the back of my head. I am currently attending at the dr.s office to see whether I have a concussion. I spoke to Cordelia who is the manager, highly unremorseful. Im an adult so my body can take trauma but if this was a child, there would be another burial being arranged. Please dont waste your money with this burial society

Disgusted
I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with this burial society they a scammer and so unprofessional all they know is to take people money I made a claim since December till now I haven't been paid when u call them they take u from Piller to post busy making excuses that don't even make sense I'm really disappointed by them

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with this burial society they a scammer and so unprofessional all they know is to take people money I made a claim since December till now I haven't been paid when u call them they take u from Piller to post busy making excuses that don't even make sense I'm really disappointed by them

Tshebedisano burial society sucks, my mum passed away on the 6 of April 2022 I went to them the following day to change undertakes and take money instead and till today I'm still waiting for it, I called and spoke to Tsholo who said they will call me in 15 minutes that was 8h00 this morning and I'm still waiting after I called million times before burial and even emailed no one is saying anything. Your service is poor and cancel tht damn contract I don't wanna be dealing with my loss and ****ed up people like you. I've been warn about your service but I kept paying and be faithful to you only to have you making ma life a living hell. I want my money today!!!!!!

Disappointed, Incompetence, Unprofessionalism
Disappointed with the Tshebedisano Burial Society . The Incompetence & Unprofessionalism. Whenever you Call and ask to Speak to the Manager "Tshepo or Tebogo" he is forever not available. Reception will give some excuse to say he is busy with Burials. I Would NOT advise anyone to go for Tshebedisano Burial. I buried my Late Mum in July'21. It was that time of the looting. I choose a Casket. Only to be call the afternoon before the funeral, to be told that they don't have the Casket I Choose. But will give the one Casket that have available which was less by R2000 And was told I will get a Refund. I waited for 2 Weeks to be Refunded. I called every day to Speak to that Incompetent Manager. But he was not available. When I told them that I will Report the Manager on that very same day the I was Refund. And that fool did not even bother to call and apologize for the Casket and the Delay. I never even received a call to ask if everything was in Order during the Funeral. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT MANAGER - HE REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE I think most of the people joined Tshebedisano Burial Society, back in the days when "Pinky" was still in Charge. Everything was in Order. That Woman was very Professional. She took accountability in everything she did.

If the was a negative star that's what I was going to give them. Such a worst and a very painful experience we had with you guys. Today its the 21 July 2021 we are still visiting your offices every single day since the passing of my grandmother the 10 July 2021. We are sitting with a gift card which was never loaded with anything, we could not use it for the burial because you guys never loaded it with money we were made fools at stores trying to swipe that gift card of yours which kept on declining and STILL is!, yet you still telling us that you will load it and never does. Your consultants are very incompetent, its took us 7 full days to get a death certificate from you guys only because your Consultant by the name of Stella does not know her job. Home affairs kept on rejecting the forms she completed ( twice) because of they were incorrectly completed by her, how do you complete forms with a blue pen and then put an incorrect ID number for the late whereas as every correct information was given to you? that on its on is not giving a damn and not taking your job seriously. Like how long has she been there!? we had to travel to your offices every day which cost us money we did not have. To add to that how were we expected to pay for the funeral when we only got the death certificate a day before the funeral? Tshebedisano needs to do something about this because this is just a warning. Please note: FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF THIS IS NOT SORTED.
