Complaint

If the was a negative star that's what I was going to give them. Such a worst and a very painful experience we had with you guys. Today its the 21 July 2021 we are still visiting your offices every single day since the passing of my grandmother the 10 July 2021. We are sitting with a gift card which was never loaded with anything, we could not use it for the burial because you guys never loaded it with money we were made fools at stores trying to swipe that gift card of yours which kept on declining and STILL is!, yet you still telling us that you will load it and never does.

Your consultants are very incompetent, its took us 7 full days to get a death certificate from you guys only because your Consultant by the name of Stella does not know her job. Home affairs kept on rejecting the forms she completed ( twice) because of they were incorrectly completed by her, how do you complete forms with a blue pen and then put an incorrect ID number for the late whereas as every correct information was given to you? that on its on is not giving a damn and not taking your job seriously. Like how long has she been there!? we had to travel to your offices every day which cost us money we did not have.

To add to that how were we expected to pay for the funeral when we only got the death certificate a day before the funeral? Tshebedisano needs to do something about this because this is just a warning. Please note: FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF THIS IS NOT SORTED.
