Disappointed with the Tshebedisano Burial Society . The Incompetence & Unprofessionalism. Whenever you Call and ask to Speak to the Manager "Tshepo or Tebogo" he is forever not available. Reception will give some excuse to say he is busy with Burials. I Would NOT advise anyone to go for Tshebedisano Burial. I buried my Late Mum in July'21. It was that time of the looting. I choose a Casket. Only to be call the afternoon before the funeral, to be told that they don't have the Casket I Choose. But will give the one Casket that have available which was less by R2000 And was told I will get a Refund. I waited for 2 Weeks to be Refunded. I called every day to Speak to that Incompetent Manager. But he was not available. When I told them that I will Report the Manager on that very same day the I was Refund. And that fool did not even bother to call and apologize for the Casket and the Delay. I never even received a call to ask if everything was in Order during the Funeral. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT MANAGER - HE REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE I think most of the people joined Tshebedisano Burial Society, back in the days when "Pinky" was still in Charge. Everything was in Order. That Woman was very Professional. She took accountability in everything she did.

i dont know who came with the STUPID idea of doing admission online...Whenever i try to Login it gives an error message. Worse I called the Call Centre on friday 6 May 2016 i had to hold for an hour and yet the people working there know very well that they knocking off at 4pm... I feel that the the Admission thing its just a waste of time & airtime. So Minister of Education kindly advise as to what needs to be done if your STUPID system is not working & we have to hold for ever.
