Bad and ****ming service! I paid my zoom flex on the 30 December till todate I dnt have internet, called and send WhatsApp massages they keep telling me about being aware of internet connection in our area, just for them to send me a cancelation email. They canceled my account without me knowing and after I've paid, I spoke to more 6 agents on their watsap they all don't know wat they doing, last stroke Kelebogile I spoke to her today she closed the call while I was still chatting very rude and less information telling about ****en 24 hours to come back with the feedback and Collin was the one who assisted me with the code to pay at boxer via Mukuru but they can't trace my payment yet I sent all proofs, it's a week now without internet, their service is poor, clueless and I want my money. They don't respect clients queries, they take time to respond, I want my wifi running today and I want refund of all other days I ddnt have internet. I'm sick of this poor bad ****ming service. I'm so ****ed maan u guys don't have customer services at all. Fix this **** today!!
Tshebedisano burial society sucks, my mum passed away on the 6 of April 2022 I went to them the following day to change undertakes and take money instead and till today I'm still waiting for it, I called and spoke to Tsholo who said they will call me in 15 minutes that was 8h00 this morning and I'm still waiting after I called million times before burial and even emailed no one is saying anything. Your service is poor and cancel tht damn contract I don't wanna be dealing with my loss and ****ed up people like you. I've been warn about your service but I kept paying and be faithful to you only to have you making ma life a living hell. I want my money today!!!!!!
It's been a week now waiting for MTN to contact me to confirm ma cancelation, u know I'm flippen disappointed your service is pathetic, I dnt know how u keep up with customers really. This is sick n stupid service I ever had I will never ever do MTN, I wonder if Godfrey know how u treat us as clients. Mtn is nothing without clients u need to up ur game, watch out other competitors they on u. I hate ur service. Niyanyanyisa.
First will start by saying mtn u suck, ur service is sickening... Ive always been ur client for years kodwa now I'm tired of u. First time with ma contract phone was struggling to use it I couldn't phone not even sms anyone, I reported ma phone every day calling ur call center I even spoke to the manager but no one was able to assist me, I stayed loyal I paid monthly now tht ma contract is over I want out but u deny me tht I've send million emails non of them have been replied. Not assisted till today n sadly I have 2 more contracts with u Cnt wait for them to end. Ur service is poor in all levels. Same as ur data tht doesn't last, u r money making skeem. Useless service provider. I want this ***cken contract cancel. Nxa!
**** MTN let me start there!!! I call almost every day for the same query not even a manager was able to assist ME. I'm not able to sent smses It took me more than ten agents I even spoke with a manager they could not help I went to the branch in orange farm eyethu mall but still no assistance What sick service is that? What make it worse I get charge to call MTN center What the **** is that?!! If they dont drop my calls they give false information. If my query is not resolved by end of today Please cancel all my contract with this ****y company that is full of incompetency. Tell Godfrey Mota to call me
