Customer service and woolworths standards dropping
Woolworths Manlyn staff I'll managed,making noise chatting and one has to ask way as they stand in groups blocking the way for customers to reach or look at items in the store.Till points are a circus with one teller screaming to the other teller.The Potters with trollies playing around.Please let one of top management visit this store unannounced and see for themselves.The staff require customer management and behavioral training. The staff can chat but cannot be screaming and talking embarrassing staff for children to hear.16th June store visit was an awful experience for most customers.

Human abuse and Power service
SARS branch in Pretoria central abuse of power, they make people to sit in long queues in the building without assisting them and later they tell people to register on e-filling. Old man and woman who are technologically challenged are treated as kids and yet the SARS employees will claim for overtime. The submission deadline will expire without a large number of people who cannot use e-filling having to have submitted for their returns. People are treated with no respect as if they are begging yet it is their right. Head of SARS please intervene on behalf of the majority that got laid of from their jobs due to Covid- 19 and are depending on their returns to be able to put food on the table, pay school fees for their children. People need to serve with respect not this arrogance and disrespect that the SARS team in Pretoria are displaying

Unprofessional and poor customer service
Rain internet service provider,service sucks to core.I have signed with them a month ago and have deducted money from my account and have not received the sim card. They don't have contact number numbers to complain of enquiries.What kind of customer service is Rain providing?All i want is my refund and cancel the contract as they have failed to render a service from their end.Rain please pay back the money....
