Pole&Tent injuring family at funeral
Horrible funeral burial company. I was in attendance at my fathers funeral on the 29th January 2025. At the cemetry, the company failed to secure the poles that were holding the tent up properly. The poles had bricks cemented to the top of the pole which came loose and landed and hit me at the back of my head. I am currently attending at the dr.s office to see whether I have a concussion. I spoke to Cordelia who is the manager, highly unremorseful. Im an adult so my body can take trauma but if this was a child, there would be another burial being arranged. Please dont waste your money with this burial society

Outsurance Home Insurance
This is a warning to all new or current home owners. do not waste your money paying for home insurance with Outsurance. They will find every excuse in the book to deny your claim. Ive had my home insurance for 20 years and paid it for 20 years. There were recently heavy rains in my region which have damaged the structure of my property. I will say the assessor was very polite, but he made us aware that I claim would most likely be denied, despite it being a natural disaster. He said even if they did approve minor charges, the access would 80% and up in charges. So ifvthe approved R4300 for your claim, you would gave to pay an access fee of R4000. These were the assessors words. This Insurance company is just there to take your money. After the Assessor attended to my property, i was told i will recieve feedback in 24 -48 hours. Its almost been 2 weeks and no feedback. Im guessing my claim has been denied. Highly uprofessional. They make sure they debit you money every single month but cannot do their jobs that they are paid for. Please do more research when choosing an house insurance. This company is not the one
