The first day we arrived at Autohaus Mastercars Centurion, Solomon greeted us with a smile - happy to assist us. We told him what we are looking for and he immediately showed us a few options and he was able to tell us all about the cars. As young people we are also not aware of all of the processes that need to followed when buying a car, but Solomon explained everything as thoroughly as possibly and made sure we understood what is expected from us. He turned something that could be a very daunting experience into something exciting. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone. Thank you!
We have recently moved into a new complex. After a month or two our Defy oven glass shattered which might have several causes at no fault of our own. After contacting the owner of the complex he informed a Defy consultant. Soon I myself have been in contact with the consultant with the promise of replacing the glass but they are waiting for head office to approve the part to be replaced. I am well aware of the fact that covid regulations may play its part in the production process but the service provided by Defy is absolutely unacceptable. We have been waiting for more than a month to replace the glass whilst all the time we are paying for a full working order unit. The owner supported Defy by buying stoves for all of the units in the complex and this is the after service they provide. Instead of arranging the oven itself to be replaced, Defy keep on making excuses that they are still awaiting the approval from head office to replace the glass, even after the owner, the caretaker and I have contacted them several times. How long should one wait for any answers or some service at all from Defy?
