In 2022 I took my car for engine for mechanical checkup they said its an overhall problem they tried to fix it but still my car wasn't driven till today ,mud was not placed back on the right front wheel side ,things where not *****ed back and they where fully paid ,I was and not not happy i don't advice anyone to take their car to them
I brought a car a car at inspectacar steering auto Benoni thought is a trusted car dealership,i am financed by Wesbank now my car shows a lot of problems since the first month i drove the car i owned the car for 1 year 3 months but drove it for less than 6 months it always have a breakdown even my insurance warranty is getting tired of fixing the car ,and Wesbank doesn't want to help with the matter and i am paying them i don't even do a mistake when coming to payments,i am tired paying for a car that i don't drive.

I am still waiting for response from king price warranty I can't pay every month but at the end they don't get my car fixed ,and begin to tell me stories especially the lady who was helping me was having an attitude
CLAIMED FOR MOTOR WARRANTY DEAR SIR/MADAM I AM WRITING TO COMPLAIN AND TO GET YOUR HELP ABOUT THE INADEQUATE AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOUR WARRANTY CENTER ON 09-06-2021, I DROPED MY CLAIM FOR MY CAR JP 70 VP GP MINI COOPER S, ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANT CALLED, I NOTICED THAT MAYBE WE UNDERSTOOD EACH OTHER ,MY CAR BROKE AND I REPORTED IT EMMEDIATELY DUE TO I DON’T KNOW THE PROBLEM OF THE CAR.WAS BUSY LOOKING FOR AN RMI SERVICE CENTERS NOW I FOUND ONE THEY TELLING ME MY CLAIM IS EXPIRED. I WONDER IF THIS IS A STANDART PRACTICE OF YOUR WARRANTY OR THIS IS A USUAL FEEDBACK YOU RECEIVE FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS, I FIND WHAT HAPPENED UNACCEPTABLE AT ALL SCALES AND REQUEST FROM YOU TO PAY FOR MY CLAIM. Thanks to all King price insurance team who was with me yesterday when my car died out of nowhere ,thanks again for helping me by organisation a tow truck to fetch my car and transport it home safely all the best to Edward and Obed first help driver.
Bad service I bought a car in a dealership last year November in less than 2 months the car showed a half engine light I called the sales person who helped me with the car he told me to take the car to any registered machanic, I took the car to katso auto machanic and BMW specialist, then he said I shouldnt take it there I should bring it to them, early this February I called him to bring the car he gave me the machanic are busy should bring in on Monday date 08/02/2021, ON FRIDAY 05/02/2021 the car was not charging a battery they came on Wednesday last week to fetch the car today I'm asking them about my car they telling me my car doesn't have a warranty but the told me I'm covered with a 24 month machanic AL warranty.
