I ordered and bought online from the Bellville branch. Good customer care and service. Delivery was efficient and the guys were friendly. Would recommend to give them a call or email them if you need help to decide what mattress is best for you.
Best groceries app by far. Easy to use. Communication on every step is great and delivery is almost always within the 60 minutes. I've been using Sixty60 for about 3 years and only once the delivery was a few minutes longer than the promised 60 min time frame. Would definitely recommend, saves time for driving to Checkers, find parking and everything else. Also helps save money as I don't spontaneously add (often unnecessary) items into my cart like when I am in the shop.
Was assisted by Eddie Simelane in getting my car insurance canceled. Friendly service and even though he mentioned other services, he didn't push for the sales when I declined - shows respect, thank you.
I have cancelled my account with OnAir Tv MORE THAN ONCE - On Air please note that it should only be ONCE not several times. After several confirmations that my service has been canceled I still get debited. It was then escalated to the finance department to refund me and guess what?!! I STILL GET DEBITED AND STILL NO REFUND! OnAir TV, you seriously are the worst and most incompetent service I have ever encountered. It is not all the employees and think it’s your system that are completely pathetic. I am looking with hawk eyes to not just get back last months refund but also this month - in fact, you should actually refund me an extra R30 for all the money I had to pay to reverse these debits - add another R20 as I am not hopeful of this being sorted very soon.
Great service and customer support in all departments. Had an issue with my fibre line (Vumatel). Adept was really trying to fix the issue, wish I could say the same of Vumatel. Adept even gave me credit (after I asked) for the 9 days I was without internet even if it wasn't their 'mistake'.
Would give -5 stars if that was possible. Amount has been deducted twice, which happened before. Emailed them, no response. I tried to cancel my account last year as I am not using my decoder or DSTV anymore. Still trying to cancel it. Decoder has been paid off many many moons ago as well so they have been making money off me for more than the initial 2 year contract - THIEFS, SCAMMERS and UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
