2 weeks no car and deposit has been paid and they don't respond to emails and make the none delivery of the vehicle my problem to ask another 2.5k the guy i dealt with Prince has got no problem lying
THIS IS A ZERO FOR A FACT. My lady loves your treats but this service was horrible. We order they confirmed, yet the store was not even opened as per the opening time on the website. They don't ask if they can help with anything they act as if there is no customers out side the shop standing there for over 15min after collection time was scheduled. got home then got notification of order received. Customer service again drops the call on me and no call back. If this is how people run my shift, its a straight dismissal this is why people can slander a brand due to a few individuals who just come to work to work for a pay cheque. If people don't want to work then I say stay at home as their are people who really need a job and will do what ever job with pride. Debonairs should fix the mentality of staff and whom they employ.
our account has been registered to the business incorrectly, the form on VPP is filed out correctly, but we still have errors. the account is on a personal name and we submitted all the docs via email stating its suppose to be registered on a business account. who ever has done the capturing did this hopelessly wrong after all the calls made over 3hrs spent on the phone yet nothing was done correct. online and the store systems does not correspond with another. i see that you have not replied to anyone so i don't expect you to reply on this which is a really bad look on a business, just want to know that someone is sitting with our docs and where dont know where or what happened to it.
