My first experience with Bosvelder was that the menu on the website is a total different menu which they present. After few call the menu was send to me. My order was a take away. Wow what a disappointment. The one side order was not correct and the other side order, chips and salad was not even included. I paid for it but I suppose the waiters had a nice meal after with all my paid food. Then the EISBEIN. GINGER AND GINGER AND GINGER. This eisbein was spice with only GINGER BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU TASTE. Not even my dogs was interested to eat it. Then the Ribs without the chips and salad was not tasteful and was nearly no meat on it. I did phone to raise my disappointment when my order was incorrectly prepared. I was so disappointing in the food and service. Just thinking I gave them a good fee for a nothing!
I need to warn people not to take there pets to Family Pet Clinic in Centurion life style center. My Yorkie, 11 years, had a bloated stomach. The only thing the Vet was concern was the cost specially in the time of Covid etc. I was in fact put off immediately with this Vet's concern about money. Later I realized wow she is only doing it for money and not for the love of animals. My Yorkie is a very small. The Vet decided, not to take x-rays due to cost but to do an enema. While waiting I heard her crying. Everyone loving there pets knows the cry of there dogs. The Vet came out and I asked her why she was crying. She reply is not your dog but I differ from her. The Vet explain she done the enema explaining with her hand showing her little finger. That was how deep she put it in but nothing showed. Then she continue telling me she done a second enema, I was so surprise since she show me with her two hands the length she has put it in. Measuring with a rural it was 25 cm if not longer. I was thinking wow my poor dog no wonder she was crying since she is not very more than 30 cm long. I was send home with some pain medication and told me to get a Lacson syrup. That afternoon my I took my baby outside to pee. Suddenly she could not walk at all. I tried the vet's but not available. I then take care of my baby. She was not in a good condition. While she was lying in my arms I just felt that she making a strange sound. I then open her blanket and she was so looking to me and then as if she said goodbye, she pass away. Before taking her to the Vet at Family Vet Clinic she could walk, pee and was still fine. It was only that she was bloated. The Vet is to blame for the lost of my baby. I will never recommend anyone to these Vet's. Louise Malan
I have never claimed on my policy for rim and tire. I am covered for the amount of R40 000,00. When taking out the policy everything was checked including the rims. I experience a problem with one of my rims. Wheel and Tyre's tries to fixed it without success. The advice was to replace the rim. I paid my policy but know that they must pay that don't even pay a tenth of the cost to replace the rim. It is very poor service and totally unacceptable. My cover is clearly enough for them to pay all the cost (I am prepare to pay access of 10%). This is not a cover that I will recommend. It seems that it is a general issue from Innovation Group I am not the only one complaining. Louise Malan
