Absolutely NO service! + impossible to get help!
Joined, played a while, got an error message "problem communication with wallet". Next day logged in again, but same error message. Tried their 'Live Support' but waited & waited with no 'agent' replying (10+ minutes!). Day afterwards still same problem - waited 40+ minutes for 'Live' support - 'DEAD' support more accurate! Tried again few days later, but now cant log in/"account inactive". Tried again their 'Dead' support as I'm writing this - waiting in vain 25+ minute already. PS: also tried to phone - first 2 times engaged & 3rd time just holding long time for a 'dead' agent (who didn't come alive).

BEWARE! SCAM!
My daughter made a purchase on 27th of Dec and did a payment on the 28th as requested. To date NO parcel and NO feedback! Numerous attempts were made to contact them via Instagram and WA (business account - messages only) with NO success! Beware of Instagram post selling merchandise! They are anonymous with no e-mail address or contact tel. no!
