I interacted this morning with an Outsurance representative, Sunshine, for a new house insurance quote. He was professional, easy going, and an absolute joy to engage with - he made the process smooth and I was surprised how easy it all went. He is an asset to the business

World Leading service and products!
This is one of the true gems of a business! First the quality of the Teeshirts and Hoodies is without question - some of the nicest designs and brilliant quality you will find anywhere worldwide! But its the service where this business takes itself to the next level - communication is efficient, the responsiveness is amazing and when you receive your items, the care taken is world class. Whomever is engaged in the strategy for this business...you are superstars and it is appreciated!

Stolen our money!
Ive had numerous failed orders and now with an order that was not received despite being due at start of October, they have closed the site and closed all communication channels...they have stolen our money at this stage!

Great SA business, who have never let me down!
So Glad I have found Snatcher! Excellent value and variety of products and the shipping speed varies but is never unreasonable. I have had many brilliant products from Snatcher without issue and I make sure to check on a regular basis as to new options, given their constant improvements and product range. Great South African business!
