Dear Peter I would like to express my deepest poorest, disappointing service from WA Auctions. I bought good on the 25 of September 2020(32 inch smart tv and 2x smart key board, payment reference is 0795448822 and these were fully paid), I have been following up on my paid good from September 2020. I tried to call and text and no one responded to date, even when I request my refund they have not responded. I have ran out of options as there's no way they can be contacted and there had been multiple complains on Facebook as well. I will be very happy I can get assistance regarding this matter. I was informed by my friend who is based in KZN, and I am based in Alexandra .I bought a couple of things from them and delivered. I then bought a smart tv and 2 wireless keyboards in August 2020, their policy is that goods will be delivered within 14 days after making payment. Instead of getting my goods after I paid, I only got promises and excuses. I have been following up since and with no luck phones are not going through, and I have been sending requests for them to just refund me and they went AWOL.
