I have had bad experience with On Tap East London. When I started checking my stock for my new build there was stock I had paid for but was not delivered. No one notified me until i queried it. I am still waiting for stock I paid for 6 months ago. I am concerned as they are saying they can’t get stock or it is in back order but when I contacted other shops they said they can get those items within the week. I keep on phoning and people you ask for are never available or not in their office.
I had some plans copied. I was not given the option of black and white. I then collected and plans had been copied in colour and double the price. I was so annoyed.
I bought groceries on line from Pick n Pay and selected click and collect. I went there this morning at 11h00 to collect my groceries only to find 2 hours later that it had been picked but not captured. I then phoned on line support and they told me that there was no bank authorisation. I then phoned the bank and gave the phone to the pick n pay manager to tell him the funds had gone through and there was no problem. The problem was that the manager had no one to capture. I then left with no groceries and am still waiting to be contacted.
I ordered cushions online from Mr Price Home. I have tried to track the parcel. It has been sent back as it was sent to the wrong Pargo Depot. I am trying to track this parcel. Pargo say they have returned it via Courier 8 to Mr Price. Courier 8 say they need a waybill number. Pargo nor Mr Price can give me a waybill number they only have a tracking number. I am now told I will have to weight until it gets back to Mr Price Warehouse and they will then credit me. But no one seems to be able to track the parcel. After about 12 phone calls I still am back to square one.
I would definitely buy sketchers shoes but not from sketchers South Africa online as there is no such store.
How do I get hold of Sketchers Shoes South Africa. I made an order a few weeks back snd have heard nothing. Have sent messages but no reply. Is there a contact no.
Absolutely useless. I ordered on Fruugo and did not receive my goods. I paid a lot of money. Is there any way of getting this money back.
The Dealership has now contacted me and asked me to bring my vehicle in. I suppose that is one step closer to solving the problem but whether they can solve the problem or not will be the test.
Did get a reply from Opel South Africa. They say Opel France will be in contact with the Dealership. Still no word from the Dealership.
I bought an Opel Grandland top of the range nearly 3 years ago. I complained about the squeaky ****py plastic armrests 21/2 years ago. Well I am still waiting for a solution. I contacted Opel South Africa and the Dealership. Promises promises. Well I am done. If I could I would get rid of my car tomorrow. I am so annoyed and irritated when someone rests their arm on the arm rest. It’s not only my car, we have 2 other company cars which do the same. My car is private. If this is the service offered I will never drive Opel again and my family and company have for years.
