I am very disappointed that I still did not get my refund for items that was out of stock. I placed order #372483 on 29 March 2024 and on 9 April 2024 I received an email to advise me that the items(2 pink string lights) is out of order. I rep**** on 09/08/24 with my banking details . I received a reply that same day that the money will be in my account within in 7-10 business days turn around time. I have been following up but I still get the same reply that it will be in my account within the timeframe. This is the reply I get every time I follow up: Good day, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address your refund request, which has regrettably not been resolved as promptly as we would have hoped. We understand how frustrating this delay must be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you. Please know that your refund request has been prioritized and sent to our accounts department for immediate processing. We are making every effort to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. We value your business and your satisfaction is important to us. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and for your continued patience as we work to resolve it. Once again, we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused. We are committed to improving our processes to prevent such issues in the future. I placed an order 29/03/24 received a mail on 09/04/24 that two items is out of stock. I was asked if I want a credit voucher or a refund. I confirmed I want a refund and send my details as requested. I was advised that I will be refunded soon and till today 03/07/24 still nothing.... why do I have to wait so long for a refund if they were out of stock????

Vodacom is not for what they used to stand for like back in the days. If you ask questions regarda query you get ignored. They were so reliable before but lately they can't satisfy their customers. When u have contracts they tell you that package is no longer valid and that you should change and then your amounts increase as well. Very disappointed customer...
I've been a vodacom customer since forever. I played a game on the vodacom app and accidentally bought 10gig data. I have 2 contracts on which 1 is a data contract. I called them twice and they refuse to cancel the data or remove it from my account even though I told them that I have 97gig left on my contract and that is without my night owl data and today is the 21st already. What must I do with another 10 gig if more than 20gig of data expire every month. And that is only on my data contract. Not a very happy customer and here I still wanted to upgrade as both my numbers are over due for upgrades...
I received my order but the one set of items were incorrect. I don't really have a problem with snatcher. I just hope I get the correct replacement

I am so ****ed off at vodacom. Last month I was contacted regarding a migration because the plan I had was going to be discontinued. I didn't want to at 1st because R229 was fine for me per month. I received 200 minutes, 200 sms and 650mb data. I received R69 discount on my plan that was supposed to be for 24 months. Which is almost due 4 an upgrade. The data was also fine because I have a data contract as well. I was told it will only be a R30 extra on my current plan which was R229 plus R30 which would have been R259 but then it showed R359 on the invoice. It was not an extra R30 but an extra R130 Most of the time my airtime and sms always expired but i was fine with it. Vodacom could have left me on the plan I had see that it's almost time to upgrade. I was told it is value for my money but as I see it, it is more money for them in their pockets and I have to pay more in these difficult times and I even lost my discount. Benefits them alot more than me I tell you
I won a voucher with swipe and win. When I went to redeem it but it didn't work. I send a mail to them and still nothing since last year. Pathetic as they don't even try and call or reply
American Swiss customer service pathetic. I laid a complaint regarding an item pricing and was told someone will get back to me and still to date no response
