Worst service ever!

I sent my car in for a service at Bosch Hatfield and after getting it back the problems started. Firstly, the (fully functioning) aircon compressor was removed and replaced with one that was dropped and warped to the point that it shredded the car’s fanbelt. The (fully functioning) wiper washer pump also stopped working and has visible tool marks on it from someone fiddling around with it. According to the technician who had to fix my car after we figured out how much Bosch Hatfield maimed and ******ed it, the compressor had to have been dropped from a considerable height, and probably also from a different vehicle. Bosch Hatfield’s explanation: the workshop technician no longer works for them, so it’s not their problem. Service advisor: Quinton Mkhehlane.
