I placed an order with them at 11:00 and it was due for deliver at 12:45pm today. The driver however said he was there but i never saw him as i was waiting for him at our main entrance at old mutual. I tried to contact him but his phone was off and he hardly tried to respond to my messages still at this time. I feel that i was ****** by this person named Gift "reg nr CF 76656". I was looking for specific parts for my car on Facebook Audi Group, I was referred to by a gentleman with the name of Mike who gave me this business details, I contacted the company and was asked to pay a deposit of R2000 for the parts and balance when it is delivered. This was more than a week ago and to date the person have not responded on my messages and ignore my phone calls, please be alert for this business operators.
My name is Amjad Khan. I was driving for 2 years and never had any complaints for my services. My manager made false accusations against me for complaints she could not provide evidence of and thus terminated my contract without any discussion regarding the matter at hand. I feel that I was unfairly dismissed by her and blocked by Uber and need to take the matter further. Yesterday morning i booked a bolt trip and payed via my bank account for the trip that cost me R47.00. The deduction went off my bank account which is correct. However immediately after that another deduction of R152.00 went off from my account from Bolt again! This is unacceptable and fraud because Bolt deducted further money from my account without any reason as to why. This i will report further including the bank for allowing such deductions if my money is not refunded to me. Please be aware not to have bank card as a payment on bolt because of this theft scandal.
I was due an upgrade and requested for an upgrade online in January 2021. I did the whole process until i received an SMS to inform me that the item is out of stock and i will be contacted once the stock has arrived and despatched to RAM for deliver. I waited 3 weeks until i had to phone myself to follow up of which the contact agent informed me the order was cancelled due to return of the stock by the courier company. I was not informed thereof and requested to reopen the case and thereafter was informed the stock was no longer available. This was unacceptable because never did any agent contact me or keep me informed of any deliver of stock and RAM as well did not contact me to schedule the deliver date. I requested Vodacom again for another item to upgrade of which i did yesterday 22/02/2021. I was told by an agent that the stock is available on system and now today i was informed AGAIN! no availability of stock, i phoned in yet again to ask why if i was told there was stock. The agent informed me that they will contact me back immediately but never done so. I am hugely dissapointed in Vodacom as i have been a customer for 16 years now already and never changed providers. By this i would not consider taking out this contract but have to raise this concern for other customers who want to opt out taking out a contract with Vodacom.
