This service received by the company is dismal to say the least. Forward thinking is not a strong suit when dealing with this company. I have been in an unfortunate situation where the complex I reside has changed from metered to prepaid electricity and energy max was the company dealing with the matter, they were meant to have done this last year September but to avail that never took place, we were there, without any notification meant to have gone live last week where we frantically rushed around and had to download the app to only find out that they didn’t actually go live, a week later and again without any notification they actually did go live and when trying to access the app to buy credits were unable to do so because there is an error with the app. So to say this company has left us with a bad taste in our mouth is a very bad understatement.
