I’ve had no electricity for 2 days even though my payments are up to date. No communication when they turn the electricity off and no communication about why. I called the call centre today and was routed to a mailbox instead of being assisted. I also logged a call and no one even attended to it.

Max law is a ***** conpany. I requested help from them and the very next day i CANCELLED everything as they cannot calla customer back. I had to do all tbe calling. Then at the end of tge month they took R720 which i asked them to reverse as tgey fid not render any service they only checked my credit profile. And tge refused. They stopped communicating again and end of april took another R72. This is not right way of doing business. They dont havd any customer relationship. I want my R720 back.

Worst Service provider you can find. Unprofessional. Doesnt seem like anyone in the company knows what they are doing. Do not use them. Lead time is always extended. The job doesn't get done.

This service received by the company is dismal to say the least. Forward thinking is not a strong suit when dealing with this company. I have been in an unfortunate situation where the complex I reside has changed from metered to prepaid electricity and energy max was the company dealing with the matter, they were meant to have done this last year September but to avail that never took place, we were there, without any notification meant to have gone live last week where we frantically rushed around and had to download the app to only find out that they didn’t actually go live, a week later and again without any notification they actually did go live and when trying to access the app to buy credits were unable to do so because there is an error with the app. So to say this company has left us with a bad taste in our mouth is a very bad understatement.

<p>On Oct 7th last year I paid R85 000 deposit to Energymax for solar system to be installed to run my cottages, there was a 6-8 week lead time so it was supposed to be finished in Dec. After many excuses and 5 months later I was told the job was complete so paid the balance of R84 011.52 on March 23rd. The system to this day is not working! Eskom is supposed to provide back up, if Eskom goes off so does the solar! It has been a nightmare, the power constantly trips at the main box, at the cottages or the inverter shuts down. Even when we have Eskom power we still have no power to the cottages as everything runs through the inverter.</p> <p>To ease the situation I have had to put in new gas stoves and hobs at extra expense. Then at their recommentdation I replaced a solar geyser with one of their "more efficient" models at over R20 000.</p> <p>To add to this Energymax installed some solar outside lights. To this day, that is 3 months later, they have worked only 5 nights! How can they be so incompetent, I bought a solar light from Builderswarehouse and it worked immediately. I guess if you can't make a solar outside light work how on earth are you able to install a system to run the house!!!! </p> <p>I would never recommend these people they are totally incompetent!</p>
