The service at the Clearwater mall in roodeport shop is disgusting. Always excuses not to do something. They aren’t welcoming at all. No hello no greeting. I have spent over R6000 there and asked for the item to be wrapped they said they don’t do it anymore. I said greenstone shop does. And also I saw wrapping stuff in the cupboard. I asked are you lazy to do it. They then wrapped after I pointed it out and it look like absolute **** the way they wrapped it. I am not spending R100 I spent R6000 and the service is so ****. I bought a gift last week at the greenstone mall and they were so helpful good energy, but This Clearwater manager Daniel is rude and the staff are not helpful at all. I wouldn’t suggest people to go there again. R6000 isn’t cheap change and yet the service I got was really ****.
This company has no care in the world. I wish they could take their property back. They quick to sell the property and there is a big mess up. They have registered the complex as commercial which means double rates and taxes now they put the complex in Financial issues. I am even unable to sell my property due to them and people knowing what they are doing. They won’t even come to the table to sort it out they keep it hush hush. There is also never water.
Honestly the worst service, constantly in breach of contract, and then when we tell them we no longer want their service their Manager or boss had a meeting with us, first thing he says not Hello but "lets hear whats wrong so i can reject your cancelation". This is horrific service. even while we had the meeting there was another breach in contract, I dont recommend TRSS to anyone and their EQ and service is non existent. We had to keep telling them what to do and how to do it. Its like the guards arent trained. They try to intimidate you, with 36 month contract blah blah, but 3 month clause and breach of contract kept them quiet.
What great service. Everything was done within 2 days from approval to the license disc and number plate. The car was ready by the time I went to fetch it. The owners kept calling me to keep me up to date on the progress. Great service
I am yet to get my full payout from momentum. I sent a request from November last year. because of the delay I have requested a full withdrawal. Now it’s taking even longer. Sent an email to The manager Stephen Waterston no acknowledgment to my Mail or urgency. You ask the consult to speak to him he is never available. Momentum’s service from the back end and the manager service is nonexistent.
I was banned from all Virgin gyms a few years ago, due to a shouting spree between myself and the manager that time, because he didnt know how to manage the club, he was laughing and saying things in his mother tongue, thinking I wouldnt understand, while I was on the phone with head office. the reason for the ban was because now he felt intimidated. I contact virgin again to see if they could allow me back and their attitude and response was as per legal and business rule the sanction will not be lifted as it may set a precedent. So is every member going to be banned now because they pay fees to have the club run a certain way but the manager cannot run it and becomes sensitive Gee wiz, people who fought in the club only got a 6 month ban and i get a life time ban for an argument . Dont think the rules are consistent hire.
Worst Service provider you can find. Unprofessional. Doesnt seem like anyone in the company knows what they are doing. Do not use them. Lead time is always extended. The job doesn't get done.
<p>Went to the virgin active edenglen gym tuesday. Every leg machine being repaired. Went to manager asked what the deal was they start laughing. So i lost my ****. They stilled laughed. Phoned head office to complain also useless. They now have cancelled my contract because the staff they hired cant plan ahead and they felt intimidated. They block my access without informing me. Every month there is a new manager at the gym obviously they cant do their job right</p>
