Exclusive Movers Pathetic Service

We recently moved to EL.We UNFORTUNATELY used the services of Exclusive Movers for our belongings. Firstly they were late extremely LATE for picking up the goods so much so that the day they moved our furniture they came at night.Our goods were supposed to be in n East London Tue or latest Wed needless to say they arrived on Wednesday at night.Communication?that’s too much to ask for. A dirty, filthy truck with three tired gents came to drop our goods.we had boxes packed upside down even though the handling markings were clearly visible needless to say a few broken items!Our mattresses and bed bases went from cream to muddy WET brown,our leather couches were dirty but worse of all our dining table was BROKEN! We called and emailed Exclusive Movers since we had taken transit insurance but it’s almost a month...we take it that’s how they thank clients for their business
