Great company
Moving is stressful! Exclusive Movers was highly recommended to me by a friend. They went out of their way to come in at my (quite frankly, low) budget for a move from Pta to George and were extremely professional. Advice, communication etc. Everything done perfectly. I am SO happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Great company
Moving is stressful! Exclusive Movers was highly recommended to me by a friend. They went out of their way to come in at my (quite frankly, low) budget for a move from Pta to George and were extremely professional. Advice, communication etc. Everything done perfectly. I am SO happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Sadly, disappointed.
First of all I was very sceptical about using this company after reading some of their reviews, but they re assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Firstly, they had the best price which was great, but after loading our furniture they charged us a WHOLE lot more, so don't fall for that. Secondly, so many of our furniture pieces are badly scratched and broken. Thirdly, they have ****** our crate of very expensive wines and cognacs, also the wheels off our air-cooler. I of course can't complain to the company, because I didn't take the insurance package which I was told would be MUCH more. Our furniture arrived yesterday, so we are still unpacking. I'm dreading what els we might come across or not come across for that matter. Other than that the owners are very nice, but I think now, a little too nice. Their staff was neat, clean and followed orders. I did thank the company for their great and professional service and filled in a form on the spot of how excellent they are, which is very clever of them before a person realizes the company's faults and problems. I really should have waited. So please, don't be like me and think everyone is being a Karen. Believe what people say. I wish I did.

I communicated with Clarence Moore and he never left me in the dark, All communications was clear and prompt. We received the truck ddriver's name and number and even the driver, Abel, was very friendly at all times. The team took such good care of our furniture with the loading, tranfer and off loading. Worse ever movers
After getting the best before service, asking for complete cover whilst being moved and even questioning the quote and being convinced that i was completely covered for the move, an item was broken during the move, to my total disbelief, I was told very rudely by the owner Neil that i was not covered and that Kelly had not quoted me correctly. They dont even deserve the star i had to give them. Don't get *****ed over by these unprofessional people. The crew are stars but thats where it ends.

GOOD WORK EXCLUSIVE MOVERS!!
I want to thank Neil and helpers moving from Pretoria to Secunda . It was very stressful with the rain and all but they were right on time and had the move done in no time at all. Thank you very much.

Exclusive Movers Pathetic Service
We recently moved to EL.We UNFORTUNATELY used the services of Exclusive Movers for our belongings. Firstly they were late extremely LATE for picking up the goods so much so that the day they moved our furniture they came at night.Our goods were supposed to be in n East London Tue or latest Wed needless to say they arrived on Wednesday at night.Communication?that’s too much to ask for. A dirty, filthy truck with three tired gents came to drop our goods.we had boxes packed upside down even though the handling markings were clearly visible needless to say a few broken items!Our mattresses and bed bases went from cream to muddy WET brown,our leather couches were dirty but worse of all our dining table was BROKEN! We called and emailed Exclusive Movers since we had taken transit insurance but it’s almost a month...we take it that’s how they thank clients for their business

EXCELLENT - Highly Recommended
What a great experience working with the team from Exclusive Movers! They were the only company (out of 8) who phoned me regarding my quotation and offering sound advice. They went above and beyond with securing my removal dates and helped me on short notice when it needed to change. Taffy and his team arrived on time to pack my stuff and they were friendly, fast, and reliable. He is a great, honest person to work with and the team cared for my stuff as if it was their own.
