I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of Ms. Nothando (Nosib) at Mr. Price Home, The Grove Shopping Centre (256). I approached the till with my items in a friendly and cooperative manner, presenting both my Mr. Price account card and my license card for identification. Despite this, I was treated in a way that I found completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Ms. Nothando scanned my items, returned my license card without properly checking it, and then challenged my signature on the till slip, claiming it did not match the one on my account card. I would like to highlight the following: Signatures naturally vary every time especially after ten years. The signature on my account card is more than 10 years old. I presented my license card again, showing my photo, name, and ID number, all of which match the account details, yet Ms. Nothando continued to insist that my signatures did not match, and refused to look at the details I am trying to show her. This behavior is not only unnecessary but reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards expected at Mr. Price. As a loyal customer who has consistently shopped at Mr. Price stores, I am extremely disappointed that one employee’s conduct could overshadow the positive experience I have come to expect from your brand.
Do not buy from or support this business!!!! We placed an order and made full payment immediately on 17 July 2024. Despite their website stating delivery within 7 days, this never happened. After numerous delays, Peter eventually offered a refund, which we accepted and provided our banking details. Despite multiple follow-ups, Peter only refunded half of the amount owed. As of 4 October, we have yet to receive the remainder of OUR money, and he has stopped responding to calls or messages. They still have OUR money and refuse to return it. This is unacceptable and amounts to theft.
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Lesego Mabaso with her help in identifying the issue with the debit orders still being processed on my account. After numerous attempts to resolve this matter, Lesego were the very first consultant to pinpoint the problem accurately. I can't help but think that if I had the opportunity to speak with Lesego Mabaso months ago, this issue could have been resolved much earlier, saving me the unnecessary frustration and stress it has caused. Despite my repeated efforts to halt the debit order and services with Capital Legacy, unauthorized debits have been consistently deducted from my account on multiple occasions. 1. On 1 August 2023, Capital Legacy debited my account without authorization, necessitating me to reverse the transaction. 2. On 1 September 2023, they debited an amount double that of the agreed fee, prompting me to once again reverse the transaction. 3. On 1 October 2023, an even larger unauthorized amount was debited, leading to my intervention in reversing the transaction once more. 4. On 1 November 2023 they debited money from my account again, this time debiting my account four times. I want to emphasize that I have exhausted all available means to resolve this issue. I have provided ample evidence of my formal service termination, and I have also taken steps to block further debits from my bank account. Initially, I had contemplated the idea of reactivating my services with Capital Legacy but decided to observe the debiting process before making a final decision. However, based on my recent experiences, I have firmly resolved to never consider becoming a client of Capital Legacy again. I have also cautioned my family members about such services that make promises without taking any concrete actions.
Stay as far away from this company as possible. First they try to bully you into taking a will with them, where they consultants says that ALL your stuff must be sold and then they take your persentage and the rest goes to the people mentioned in your will. Even though we try to explain that not everything can be sold We never signed and returned his documents to hi as we are not interested in this kind of will. They started to debited money from my account, which I know now you never give your banking details when you are not sure. But we were told that only once we return the signed documents they will start to debit money I cancelled the policy in June 2023, they took their last payment. I even received a letter in their company letterhead stating that the policy has been cancelled. End of July they has the audacity of debiting money again. I reveresed it as it is not theirs to take. End of August 2023 they took double the amount. I reveresed it again and sent them an email as a warning that I will report them for theft as they are taking money that is not theirs to take. Be very careful to even phone or email this people
I communicated with Clarence Moore and he never left me in the dark, All communications was clear and prompt. We received the truck ddriver's name and number and even the driver, Abel, was very friendly at all times. The team took such good care of our furniture with the loading, tranfer and off loading. We had no damage or loss. We even received a message from Clarence informing us that the truck is on the way and to wish us all of the best for the new home. We will definitely recommend this company to everyone

Good day This review is specifically for the Total Garage in Murrayfield (358 Rossouw St, Murrayfield, Pretoria, 0184) Never have I ever received such good and friendly service from a petrol attendant at any other fill station, than from the petrol attendants at the Total Garage in Murrayfield. Every single time when I fill up my car at this garage, I feel so welcome. Doesn't matter who the attendant is as all of them working there is so warm and friendly. Well done to this team. The rest of South Africa's fill stations' teams can learn from this team about client service. Thank you
Of the many Pick n Pays I have visited in my life, have I never experienced such bad service. The staff at the take away department have attitudes and walk pass you Africa time. When you wave for attention you get shown that she is busy. Then her busy is standing next to the fryin waiting for food that will still take quite a few minutes. I just want a fricken pie. Then you get to the till point. Oh my word. After you have waited in the line for so long,the cashier put out the 'use next till' sign. Where is a supervisor to assist to avoid that from happening especially when the shop is busy? To complain directly at management is not helping at all as so many people complaint so many time before and the bad service and staff attitude continues.
Wow, wow and wow. I placed my order with you guys yesterday afternoon at around 15:30, with a special instruction on where to and where not to print the cell phone number. In Less than 24 hours I received my order and it is all PERFECT. Thank you very much. Feels like service like this is hard to find these days therefore I decided to make this rating public.
