REFUND NOT RECEIVED
We purchased Rye Bulk 500kg in sept 2024. The order was cancelled. Its the 29th of January 2025 we still have not received our refund. We have been making calls and sending email but we still not receiving any assistance.

Do not use Agronomy! They do not pay refunds!
I purchased wood from Agronomy, because they had good prices and they had the sizes I was looking for. A few days after I placed the order and paid the order I enquired when they will deliver. They said they will come back to me. The next day they informed me that they cannot supply, and they will rather refund the order. It has now been months and there is still more than R14 000 of the refund outstanding. I have phoned, emailed, whatsapped them probably more than 50 times, every time they have a new excuse. They made 2 payments of R3500 each and that is it. Do not use this company!!! Their prices are good to trick you to order from them and then they cannot supply and do not refund you!!! Please don't let this happen to you!!!

Disgusting Dishonest failed refund
After placing a order with them they failed to meet the delivery schedule now it's been 2 months I am struggling to get my money back there staff keeps giving hope but not doing the refund This company is not upright and honest

Dramatic cost hike at checkout
Easy to order online, goods are of a good quality, delivery driver was very helpful and professional. My only complaint was the cost to have one pallet of timber delivered added R200 and the added VAT doubled the price advertised. As I live a mere 200 meters from the yard it was a surprise to be charged so much…..

I ordered from their branch
I ordered from their branch and due to fact decking was not the correct solution for my back space returned it in perfect condition. I contacted them many times by phone and email but not received any refund. I would not order from them in future. Update: I received 75% of order value as per their terms and conditions.

Stock high quality timber at very competitive prices
Are always competitively priced and their timber is to an exceptional standard, which keeps the team happy. Their staff is very helpful and can decode what my team need for projects from their descriptions and offer suitable alternatives if required. Goods always arrive quickly and their driver is one of the happiest people I've ever met 😊

Decking delivered by a friendly and helpful driver. Only issue is that the wood is not regular. Some is warped and some is slightly thicker than others making it challenging to lay the decking. I’m managing but it shouldn’t be this hard.

Unresolved Refund and Poor Service – Payment Not Returned
Do not buy from or support this business!!!! We placed an order and made full payment immediately on 17 July 2024. Despite their website stating delivery within 7 days, this never happened. After numerous delays, Peter eventually offered a refund, which we accepted and provided our banking details. Despite multiple follow-ups, Peter only refunded half of the amount owed. As of 4 October, we have yet to receive the remainder of OUR money, and he has stopped responding to calls or messages. They still have OUR money and refuse to return it. This is unacceptable and amounts to theft.
