Do not use Agronomy! They do not pay refunds!

I purchased wood from Agronomy, because they had good prices and they had the sizes I was looking for. A few days after I placed the order and paid the order I enquired when they will deliver. They said they will come back to me. The next day they informed me that they cannot supply, and they will rather refund the order. It has now been months and there is still more than R14 000 of the refund outstanding. I have phoned, emailed, whatsapped them probably more than 50 times, every time they have a new excuse. They made 2 payments of R3500 each and that is it. Do not use this company!!! Their prices are good to trick you to order from them and then they cannot supply and do not refund you!!! Please don't let this happen to you!!!
