Unresolved Refund and Poor Service – Payment Not Returned

Do not buy from or support this business!!!!

We placed an order and made full payment immediately on 17 July 2024. Despite their website stating delivery within 7 days, this never happened. After numerous delays, Peter eventually offered a refund, which we accepted and provided our banking details.

Despite multiple follow-ups, Peter only refunded half of the amount owed. As of 4 October, we have yet to receive the remainder of OUR money, and he has stopped responding to calls or messages. They still have OUR money and refuse to return it. This is unacceptable and amounts to theft.
