Shocking ***** response
SHOCKING!!! I was a victim of ***** on my Capitec Credit Card. Within an hour after I saw the transaction notification I rushed to the nearest branch to report the transaction and to block my card. They issued me with a new card and blocked the compromised card. Thereafter, ANOTHER EIGHT transactions went through on the "blocked card" over the following two days. I went to the branch again to report it. After waiting for 30 working days I called them today to find out if it has been resolved and they told me that I am liable and they will not refund the R4k+ that was ****** from me. No email no call nothing! They also charged me for all the international processing fees on the 9 *****ulent transactions. They told me that I gave a 1 time pin the day before the first transaction which makes it my fault and fair that 9 transactions were 'authorised' - ***? I Cant believe this :(

EXCELLENT - Highly Recommended
What a great experience working with the team from Exclusive Movers! They were the only company (out of 8) who phoned me regarding my quotation and offering sound advice. They went above and beyond with securing my removal dates and helped me on short notice when it needed to change. Taffy and his team arrived on time to pack my stuff and they were friendly, fast, and reliable. He is a great, honest person to work with and the team cared for my stuff as if it was their own. Best service ever - thank you!!!
A few days ago two of my cars tyres bursted after hitting a pothole. It was a busy road and a dangerous area to stop. I was very concerned as I had my mum and my 4 small nieces in the car. My only option was to walk to the nearest Tyre shop which happened to be the Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Nelspruit. They immediately tried to find me the best possible price. They also phoned their driver to help collect the burst tires from my car. When they phoned their driver he was already busy assisting my mum with taking my cars tyres off. I really felt Gods hand in this where an entire company has an eager-to-help attitude. I am extremely grateful for all that you have done for me. Thank you Neil and Team!

Leopard Movers - What a disgrace!
Warning! Stay clear of Leopard movers! Had the worst moving experience of my life :( (and I have moved 7 times across the country in the past 5 years). They did not confirm my moving from address on any of our communication. They've sent a truck from Cape Town to move my stuff from Potchefstroom to Potchefstroom instead of from East London to Potchefstroom. They never sent me the form I completed (which Charles is lying about afterwards) and now they are re-quoting me more than double the original price I paid!! What a disgraceful company... Charles you should be ashamed!
