Good day, it is with the biggest regret that I did business with Definitive Auto in Edenvale. I purchased a vehicle with them through motor finance. The first agent I dealt with left the company, so I had to deal with another agent who finally got the car delivered to me after weeks of asking questions. The car was supposed to be serviced before delivery (that didn't happen), parts was missing (air filter, 2018 battery, fuel cap, bonnet lever) and the list goes on. I recently went to get the licence disc, but I was told that the vehicle never went for roadworthy or the roadworthy was not loaded on the system, now i can't get the disc. I am frustrated and very disappointed in their service.

My name is Mbuso. I bought a Baw sasuka from your garage. It gave me lot of problems because the car was 3 years old I only find out at the garage that the car is out of warranty. Whilst the sales lady told me that the car is 2016 model and it's under warranty and it has 25.000 km although it has 75. 000 km. I called the sales lady about this mater after finding that they can't fix the car it's out of warranty. It gaved me problems just after I bought the car on the way home. Also customer care told me that the car is out of warranty there's is nothing they can do they gonna call the dealer why they didn't tell me the truth. I contacted the sales lady about this matter telling her that if I knew the car is 3years old and 75.000 km I should have cancelled the deal or I should have go for a knew car. I didn't expect the response that I got from her. She told me I'm still young I'm unmatture where can I get a 2016 model and 25000 low millage car whith such a small deposit I must use my brain. She said she will make follow ups but that was last year till the car was repposesd in April no one came with the feed back. I'm so sad that was my last cent I thought I was starting a business. I've been complaining a lot. The car problems within the first day clutch kit it was shaking a lot when trying to move, jegging, powerless, high sound of the engine, smoke, traking drums bearings often, breaks failer, power steering pump, changing hub and bearings weekly. The car gaves me problems everyday. I have to fix those problems on my own pocket coz the car is out of warranty. If the car was in good condition it will be still on the road. People were laughing at me. Also when it's raining I have to offload people and park the car because the roof and Windows were leaking. I experienced that from the first day from the garage it was raining on the way back to Eastern Cape and the car jegged and switch itself off. I called the customer care no answer so I have to higher break down because it was midnight. Plz make follow up and try to look at this matter. I would say don't bother with even searching for a car there they sell cars which they know are bound to break. I bought a Ford Fiesta there last year July in 3 months it had to be repaired since it was something minor. The Owner is very I repeat very very Racist , time waste if they invite you for an interview don't bother to go even the Service it's very bad banch of lies to gets the money out of your pockets. If you go there for anything remember my review. Even toilet they is for Bosses & external sells person's whom he doesn't pay them what he promised.

Disgusting customer service !!!!!!!! Purchased a car 5 months ago ….. No after sale support still waiting for license disk renewal papers and car needs to be serviced but they never have parts to do so …. I want to take further steps this can’t go on like this !!!!!
