Good day I would like to complain regarding Pick n Pay Fourways Crossing . What a disgrace no, no actually extremely disgusted by your pnp fourways crossing customer service….. First of all entering the store, I had to get past all the staff gathering at the door not making space for customers to enter …. So as I wanted to quickly pop in for some nice cold meat and buns well what a surprise I was in for ( well I could’ve expected it as theres never any service at this store) …..NO ASSISTANCE at the deli and the bakery was like a deserted area and I had to help myself …. Floors are disgusting ,shelves empty and I had to take the last lost packet of buns ….. heading towards the till points a line of customers standing waiting …. 1 CASHIER OUT OF 12 POINTS…… other staff entering and exiting the offices slamming doors , laughing and some just standing there looking at the customers ….. there was a cash pick up by fedility as well & not closing doors behind them (Security hazard) . Beside the point something needs to be done at your pick n pay branch in Fourways Crossing …. Theres has never been anyone at the kiosk so when you buy cigarettes you have to stand in the normal long queue with one cashier to pay. Someone needs to do something with this store. I’ve been keeping quiet for far too long about this Pnp in Fourways Crossing. How do you even pay these staff any salaries as they do nothing in that place. As a customer i felt ignored and not valued…… im angry and utterly disappointed and appalled by this store seriously….. and I will not leave it here as too many customers just except it and don't speak up. Absolutely ridiculous accusing me of scratching or pumping up front pump over a vehicle which I clearly did not. I have to sign an accident form. It’s unacceptable. He didn’t check the car in the first proper . your system is in an updated of the car scratches in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous
Disgusting customer service !!!!!!!! Purchased a car 5 months ago ….. No after sale support still waiting for license disk renewal papers and car needs to be serviced but they never have parts to do so …. I want to take further steps this can’t go on like this !!!!!

Good day I’m so disgusted with the service I’m receiving I was applying for car finance that they are offering on Facebook a agent with the name of Tsiliso Lebeva A MONTH ago !!!! After texting and communicating with the agent no answer after phoning the branch self just to find out my application was never submitted ……. Is this a scam or fraud cause it’s really bad servince and unprofessional reply from agent …..
