I have been greatly disappointed with the service I have received from Momentum for my late husband’s investment. They having been saying the process takes 3-5 working days its been 3 weeks now and still no sign the claim being paid. The call centre department says something new every day from what the assessor says when I met with him. This is unprofessional and unacceptable especially from a woman mourning her husband. I have sent all information requested from them and from the 12 of November to date this pay out is overdue. Momentum doesn’t value its clients at all I am very disappointed by how this is handled.

I would say don't bother with even searching for a car there they sell cars which they know are bound to break. I bought a Ford Fiesta there last year July in 3 months it had to be repaired since it was something minor. In January this year it started losing power and when I took it back guess what they said it's not they responsible they sold a mobile car. They are the worst they don't take responsibility for anything I mean the car was barely 6 months old and still under guarantee as promised. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM DEFINITIVE EDGE NEW OR SECOND HAND.
