Definitive Auto Disappoint
Good day, it is with the biggest regret that I did business with Definitive Auto in Edenvale. I purchased a vehicle with them through motor finance. The first agent I dealt with left the company, so I had to deal with another agent who finally got the car delivered to me after weeks of asking questions. The car was supposed to be serviced before delivery (that didn't happen), parts was missing (air filter, 2018 battery, fuel cap, bonnet lever) and the list goes on. I recently went to get the licence disc, but I was told that the vehicle never went for roadworthy or the roadworthy was not loaded on the system, now i can't get the disc. I am frustrated and very disappointed in their service.

Cell C
I have 3 data contracts with Cell C, i tried cancelling the 2 which i use for wi-fi and because it is a month-month contracts i can cancel them anytime as i wish. I tried for months to cancel the to sims that i use as wi-fi sims and they don't want to cancel them. Every month i receive high and all they say is that i must cancel subscriptions and when i have a look there is no subscriptions linked to the sims. My bill was suppose to be R400 a month and my bill is never less then R550 or more.

Deptline Poor Service
Good day, i signed up with Debtline last year 2020 June month. I received very very very poor service from them thus far. No one gets back to me with feedback. My name is now in the red because of them. I consolidated my accounts with them, but now i get calls from my accounts about payments. I am more in trouble now then i was before they contacted me to provide me with they're services. My accounts was upto date, but now i am in so much problems because they did not keep to their word.
