These people are absolute idiots, I have been a client for 5 years. I never had any issues until my pay date was changed January of last year. I immidiately called them, and they said that they didnt have debit order dates that could accommodate me. I asked if i could do direct fransfers to them and was given instructions how to add Telkom to my benificiary list. This done, i thought my issue was resolved. Noooo was I mistaken, 3 months debit orders went off, of course, my bank charges me, and telkom also charges me for unpaid debit orders. I called numberous times, but every single month it happens again. Then it looked like things were finally going right, even though they never reversed the charges. I even started Paying extra so that the charges they had loaded could be settled. Until end of April 2024. My service was suspended. i called and explained my situation for the 50th time. The service centre was rude, unhelpful and pathetic. when i got paid, i did my usual transfer and 6 days later my services were only switched on again. This month I thought ok this is now sorted out. but noooo, Telkom has tried to debit my closed bank account again, nd now they telling me i am behind with one month on my payments. and worst of all after explaining again the call centre agent just hung up on me. Never ever switch to telkom. Your issues are never resolved and the incompetence of their employees is truely a reflection of how useless and pathetic they are.
Bought service parts for KIA Sorento from these ****** using my car's VIN number. When it came to fitment, the air filter was not correct. We slid the air filter in and it was to long and we could not close the air filter casing. I called back and was reasured that I could return it for a refund. So it sat in its box on my desk for a week until i could return it. Yesterday, our driver returned the filter and I got a call from the branch manager, claiming that I had used it, and that the casing was damaged and that they will not refund me. He sent me photos, and the filter I bought was actually in a better condition than their filters. 3 very small marks from when we fitted the filter. but after some very rude remarks from the branch manager and telling me that I am lair, I had our driver bring the filter back. The 3 marks were brushed off with a clean cloth and there was no damage what so ever to the casing. So there I have now lost R162.90 which might not be a lot of money, but the rudeness and lies really got to me. They can even supply the correct parts for a car using a VIN number. if you want to be ****med go buy from them, but i would rather pay a couple of bucks more, get the right items from Goldwagen and be helped with a smile and be listened to when i explain. Never do business with these a$$holes. they dont even deserve a ****** star.
Trying to cancel my policy. Consultant (Lebogang) refuses to cancel my policy. How does this work. my policy, my payments. How dare a consutant refuse the cancelation of my policy.

I paid for overnight delivery on a parcel to be delivered urgently. this was on Wednesday 18 January 2023. the parcel was collented on Wednesday 18 Jan 2023, and only dispatched 20 January 2023. 43 hours after being picked up. I then went onto the web site, and requested to speak to a human instead of a bot to ask how this is possible. more than a hour later, still no response from The Courier Guy. Pathetic service, well actually no service at all. pay for a service which they do not deliver on. totally rediculous. I will never use them again.
After getting the best before service, asking for complete cover whilst being moved and even questioning the quote and being convinced that i was completely covered for the move, an item was broken during the move, to my total disbelief, I was told very rudely by the owner Neil that i was not covered and that Kelly had not quoted me correctly. They dont even deserve the star i had to give them. Don't get *****ed over by these unprofessional people. The crew are stars but thats where it ends.
After Losing control of my after because i swerved out for a stone in May 2022 and being in hospital for a while because of a broken back, i was accused of being under the influence of alcohol. the claim too more than 4 months to pay out, but not before I had to submit the Accident report, hospital reports, give them witness contact numbers, provide them with my personal bank statements and having to explain 3 time what happened. i was harassed, excuses were made and they tried everything in their power to try and reject the claim. i had to pay insurance premiums even after iWYZE wrote off my car and because this took so long i was also still paying vehicle installments as well. so when they finally did pay out, my car had depreciated more than R25000 in the 4 months, i had lost my job because i did not have transport anymore and could not buy a new vehicle as this matter was hanging in the air. it has been a nightmare, and i am still suffering because of the incompetence of is company. iWYZE, you don't even deserve the 1 star i rated, as you are totally pathetic.
Worst service ever. twice they got my lenses wrong and have now cancelled everything with them, then the optometrist said that this is how multi-focal lenses work. I have been wearing multi-focal glasses for 4 years now, and have never experienced blurry vision like this in my life.
Most pathetic service. Sent email to request information. Application form was sent though to me and that was all. Today i went to Passport 2000, as per google maps address, only to find out that they had moved. i then started searching google to find out where they had moved to but with to success. it only gave the address of where they use to be with no further information. Calling them is even worse. the landline is currently busy...???? The cell number's mail box is full and the 087 number doesnt even go through. After spending moe that an hour trying to get through to them, I gave up. I arrived home and then only did Rhonda call back. Sorry mam, we have been closed since june 2020. you need to make an appointment and submit all documents online and do an EFT. then only can we can only help you on 4 april. our ladies are at DHA in Edenvale. This is so unprofessional. If these details were communicated or on their website things would have been so much easier.
In the past 3 months i have had serious issues with Mr Delivery. Orders that were incorrect, food that was delivered in a catastrophic condition, food that was of poor quality, and much more. All that gets done is a R20 viucher here and a R50 voucher there for the inconvenience. Tonight's food is atrocious. Food all ovet the boxes. And had even fallen out of the packaging. I called the place whete i had ordered food from and asked that it be collected for refund. They stated that all food was given to delivery person in good condition. I made contact with Mr D and noe they are ignoring me. Pathetic service truely. Do the expect me to eat the food like a dog from the cardboard?
