I upgraded 08 August, 22 days ago. I was supposed to get an R800 voucher with upgrade. My choice of package wasn't because of the voucher, but as it was part of the deal, I expect to receive it. I'm still waiting. After countless back-and-forth and going back you the shop twice, I still don't have it. Why? Not good enough.
I upgraded 8 August and I was supposed to get an R800 voucher with the upgrade. I've messaged the salesperson countless times, I've emailed, I'm waiting for a callback (for 10 days now). Where. Is. My. Voucher.? Why is it so insanely difficult to give what you promise?
Friendly, helpful, courteous and prompt. I had a very good interaction with two consultants today and my issues were resolved.
Moving is stressful! Exclusive Movers was highly recommended to me by a friend. After waiting for fibre in our area for a long time, Herotel finally arrived! A special that I immediately signed up for: 50mb @ R499 p/m. I receive sms's almost every single day stating "we are aware of the outages in your area...". I am paying double for internet as I can't cancel my previous provider - I can't remember last being able to use my Herotel fibre connection. I got this specifically to earn extra income with online work, but instead of being able to earn, I am merely paying more for nothing. I am going to cancel asap. I am very disappointed.
Super speedy, friendly and my package arrived with added extras (I would have been impressed anyway, but what a bonus)! I most certainly recommend this company.
Afrihost handled the dsl part of my Telkom fixed line. Internet service went down on 26 October. After weeks of phonecalls, emails, etc. I decided to cancel as nothing was getting fixed and no solutions of alternatives were offered to me, a paying customer. Please note that I still had to pay full price for this nonexistent service. I received an invoice from Telkom today for the same line. Telkom is unable to cancel the line because Afrihost apparently has not yet released it. This means that I have been paying and will keep on paying for months for LITERALLY NOTHING. I have contacted Afrihost AGAIN but I am still waiting for a response. I am trying to get to the bottom of this, but I'm not getting anywhere.
