First of all I was very sceptical about using this company after reading some of their reviews, but they re assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Firstly, they had the best price which was great, but after loading our furniture they charged us a WHOLE lot more, so don't fall for that. Secondly, so many of our furniture pieces are badly scratched and broken. Thirdly, they have ****** our crate of very expensive wines and cognacs, also the wheels off our air-cooler. I of course can't complain to the company, because I didn't take the insurance package which I was told would be MUCH more. Our furniture arrived yesterday, so we are still unpacking. I'm dreading what els we might come across or not come across for that matter. Other than that the owners are very nice, but I think now, a little too nice. Their staff was neat, clean and followed orders. I did thank the company for their great and professional service and filled in a form on the spot of how excellent they are, which is very clever of them before a person realizes the company's faults and problems. I really should have waited. So please, don't be like me and think everyone is being a Karen. Believe what people say. I wish I did.
I upgraded to a Huawei P20 lite. On the purchase date, after removing the sticky plastic from the back cover the phone was dented and cracked straight through. We took it back as soon as possible. Vodacom Waterstone checked it and confirmed that it was not us and sent it away with the Huawei Bluetooth earphones as they were also faulty. The phone was fixed at no cost, but came back with the front screen cracked. Vodacom Waterstone then said they would have it fixed as they knew they were the ones that broke it. A week later I recieved an sms saying that they will not fix the front screen which they cracked, but they will give me a free screen protector. I have not collected the phone. Till now I've also heard nothing about the earphones. I just want the brand new phone I upgraded to, whether it gets fixed or a new one. If I can cancel my contract that will also be fine. We do not have the phone and haven't had the phone since we upgraded in February 2019. Please help.
Good day. I am uncertain how this works, but here goes. We upgraded +- a month ago at the vodacom shop in the Waterstone village mall, Somerset West. After removing the sticky plastic from the back cover we noticed it was dented in and cracked through the dent. We also recieved earphones that were faulty. We took it back as soon as they opened the next day where they inspected it and confirmed that it was not done by us. They sent it away and had it fixed at no cost. They refused to give us a new one. We wait +- 3 weeks and on pick up saw that the screen was now cracked. We refused to take it and was told they would have it fixed as they knew it was their fault. Today i recieve an sms from the store letting me know that the screen will not be fixed, but they will give me a screen protector for free. Please keep in mind that this is a BRAND NEW phone out the box which we haven't even had the privilege to use properly. They won't even cancel the contract. I don't know what to do.
