GW GEARBOXES SERVICE EXCELLENCE
I was introduced to the GW Gearboxes 35 TALJAARD RD in Boksburg by a guy in the car towing business, and I found the business to be Reliable in terms of their expertise in gearboxes fault finding and fixing with precision. I found them trustworthy and they do quality work and deliver at a reasonable time ensuring peace of mind. WELL Done. Freddy (Pretoria )

FNB LAW ON CALL GOOD FOR NOTHING
FNB LAW ON CALL 'GOOD' FOR NOTHING I joined FNB law on call in 2016 July , paying premiums on monthly basis up until January 2021 and realised that FNB law on call is NOT helpful at all. I registered a very simple matter with them ( bank credit card ) , which I believe is unfairly handled and needed legal intervention for resolution. I registered the matter with Fnb law on call in August 2020 with clear instructions to get the matter sorted out. The matter was bundled for more than a month without any feedback whatsoever from Fnb law on call. On my follow up on the matter I was very much shocked to learnt that I was dealing with such an unprofessional irresponsible and dishonest FNB law on call lawyer, who lied to me as to the progress of the matter. After realising that these people are not helpful at all, I lodged a formal complaint with their complaint desk as well as FNB LAW on Call compliance officer in November 2020. Since then, all I received from them is a complaint reference number **********, and told that they will call me shortly regarding the complaint. Nobody from FNB LAW on Call bothered to respond to my complaint, except assigning a different consultant to the matter. The assigned consultant spoke to me once and disappeared. Later when I tried to follow up with her, she told me the matter was now assigned to another consultant. I spoke to the third consultant who was said to be handling the matter, she promised to attend the matter with urgency, but since disappeared till I decided to cancel the policy with FNB LAW on call in January 2021. My personal experience with Fnb law On Call is not just bad service, but total disservice to own customers, mounting to extortion as they are very good in collection of monthly premiums with NO SERVICE AT ALL. This is to warn innocent customers like me not to fall in the same trap when desperation times fall when you really need legal assistance. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED
