Unhappy client
Massage was mediocre to say the least Waited 20 mins for booked appointment Couples room is extremely small with hooks to hang clothing (at least hangers could provided). No space to store handbag Noise outside massage room was unacceptably loud Sauna room - limited space. Chair rickety No change room to change attire after shower Waited 45 mins for breakfast which I eventually declined Personal information completed before massage was left unattended on a table in the ‘waiting’ area. Had to take it to the masseuse he did not seem much interested Will definitely not revisit or recommend

SCAMMERS
I made a purchase on 18 December, for quite a substantial amount, and never received my goods. After several messages, emails and phone calls went unanswered, i finally got one phone call from a 'sales person' informing me my package was delivered in Durban, after giving an accurate delivery address to the salesperson. I left a message on their IG account and was bashed on their IG account. Someone eventually called me to apologize, That was 4 weeks ago. The phone number provided doesn't work. Emails and WhatsApp messages are read but goes unanswered. It is NINE weeks since my purchase and i have yet to receive anything. THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THEM. YOU WILL PAY AND NEVER SEE AN ITEM OR A CENT OF YOUR MONEY
