Would not recommend this spa
Bad service . The massage was so sore . Lady offered hot stones without telling me I have to pay for the stones . Charged me booking fee ( half the amount ) just to charge me the full amount AGAIN plus the stones 💀 so its R165 + 450 but the massage is R330

Massage was mediocre to say the least Waited 20 mins for booked appointment Couples room is extremely small with hooks to hang clothing (at least hangers could provided). No space to store handbag Noise outside massage room was unacceptably loud Sauna room - limited space. Chair rickety No change room to change attire after shower Waited 45 mins for breakfast which I eventually declined Personal information completed before massage was left unattended on a table in the ‘waiting’ area. Had to take it to the masseuse he did not seem much interested Will definitely not revisit or recommend

Poor Service - double booking
Very poor service. Booked a couples massage for a special occasion. Got to the Spa and was informed that they had double booked. We were not offered an alternative. A week later we were offered to rebook by their manager. However, that spa treatment was a treat for a birthday and as the occasion had past we cancelled.

Poor Service - double booking
Very poor service. Booked a couples massage for a special occasion. Got to the Spa and was informed that they had double booked. We were not offered an alternative. Bad Receiptionist/Administrator
I trust that you are well. I used the booking line 078 460 8589 to book for a session from my number +27 061 9033 472. I clearly stated that I will be using the daddy’s deal. I wanted to confirm the dates before the vouched. I clearly stated Saturday 26 October 2024. 12:30 …. I asked the consultant to confirm. The only thing they insisted on is the voucher. I asked questions regarding the other details. All those questions were ignore. After I sent the voucher now they advised that they are fully booked. I asked for all these details mainly because couple do not live in Cape town and their availability is only Saturday. I wouldn’t have purchase a voucher for them if it wasn’t the case. This is horrible service. The lady then tells me that they have many spa’s that line was under the Gardens Spa contact. I’m not aware that they have 500 more lines and this is bad administrative service. Later after I sent her the Voucher they claim that the Spa is fully booked, This is horrible. The couple aren’t from cape town. Can I get my money back. Im not even interested in coming to that place. Please refund my money. I’ll leave a review on hello peter, this is bad reception. I do not want to come to this place in the future.
