I have a transactions of 599.00 coming through. Its not linked to my card on the banking app. I asked them to block the merchant and refer my case to *****. Im advised that they cannot block the merchant meaning that even if it deducts today tomorrow and forever. Discovery cannot block it. HOW PATHETIC.
Can you please just can you just cancel the warranty cover. I cannot access anything to do with it. Also, tell me. Why don't u deduct my insurance premium separately?? Case Number is 507640 I submitted a complaint regarding Cartime N1 City. Point 1 this dealership **** to me and said they were RMI approved. I serviced my car under the impression that this was an RMI approved dealership. From the onset they never shared a service quote that I initially asked for before the service commenced. They have later on performed an incomplete major service and sent a big quotation claiming that the rest of the major service items arent included. Later on they messed up my handbreak, sensors and a couple warning lights appeared shortly after the service. I went back to ask what was the issue. My vehicle did not have those issues. They could not assist as well. I reported the matter to RMI. I have then found out I was ****med by Cartime N1 city. They are not RMI approved. This is my last complaint here as MIOSA hasn't responded to my complaints. I will have to take further legal actions.
I have continued paying their loan. However they went to list an advert record on the beauro exchange.
It's been 6 months since I have been trying to cancel the flexing health product without any success. I have sent numerous emails. They ignore and keep debiting my account since February. I am soooo exhausted of ths ****.

Car track deducted money from my account 4 times!! 1st deduction: 24 January 2025 - R349.44 2nd deduction: 24 January 2025 - R358.67 3rd deduction: 25 January 2025 - R358.67 4th deduction: 31 January 2025 - R319.29 The tracking company deducted R677.00 more than what it was supposed to deduct. The R650.00 remaining in my account was reserved for my Car insurance premium of Miway. My vehicle is not insured as of today due to this gross negligence. On the 31st when my debit order went off for Miway it returned unpaid as there were not sufficient funds. I have communicated with Car Track multiple times on WhatsApp and email since the 24th. It is exactly 7 days past the day I communicated with them. 1st I was advised the the money was paid back. 2nd time the storry was changed. now today 7 days later they are advising that they cannot process refunds I must ask my bank to reverse the transaction. 1. I am cancelling the product. I cannot afford my money to be ****** from my account by this company. 2. Should anything happen to my uninsured vehicle Car track will be fully liable for the cost. I do not have an agreement of a deduction of extra R677.00 per month with them. 3. I am referring this to both ombudsman and my attorneys. Should I suffer any financial loss due to the following Car track will be fully liable!! I have emailed all emails with no success!! Client services, accounts, CEO escalations, ethics, anon WITH 0 reply pass the 7 days. Please come and remove the dashcam product ASAP. I want nothing to do with *******!!! CANCEL Debit orders!! Made an EFT payments to Cartrack. Sent the proof of payment Tuesday already. The whole week the eft hasn't been app**** and i am being told of risk of hijacking. I have emailed and sent it more than 10 times already!!!!!
