Poor Service - double booking

Very poor service. Booked a couples massage for a special occasion. Got to the Spa and was informed that they had double booked. We were not offered an alternative. A week later we were offered to rebook by their manager. However, that spa treatment was a treat for a birthday and as the occasion had past we cancelled.
