Bad Receiptionist/Administrator

I used the booking line 078 460 8589 to book for a session from my number +27 061 9033 472. I clearly stated that I will be using the daddy’s deal. I wanted to confirm the dates before the vouched.

I clearly stated Saturday 26 October 2024. 12:30 …. I asked the consultant to confirm. The only thing they insisted on is the voucher. I asked questions regarding the other details. All those questions were ignore.

After I sent the voucher now they advised that they are fully booked. I asked for all these details mainly because couple do not live in Cape town and their availability is only Saturday. I wouldn’t have purchase a voucher for them if it wasn’t the case.

This is horrible service. The lady then tells me that they have many spa’s that line was under the Gardens Spa contact. I’m not aware that they have 500 more lines and this is bad administrative service.

Later after I sent her the Voucher they claim that the Spa is fully booked, This is horrible. The couple aren’t from cape town. Can I get my money back. Im not even interested in coming to that place.

Please refund my money. I’ll leave a review on hello peter, this is bad reception. I do not want to come to this place in the future.
