Order with missing items
I have been enjoying buying from snatcher until my last order of iphone charger and toilet brush, the order can only with the charger, the brush was not there even today No1 called or emailed to explain, the where about of my brush, then the charger was not what I expected, I wrote to them asking to return No1 answered my email so far, am just stuck with something that I can’t and not knowing what happened to my brush and mind you I paid for those things, am very dissatisfied n disappointed ☹️

Simplex bad experience
I placed an order of portable clothes steam after I was an advert on Facebook on the 25th of May n received an email confirming the order even today I have not received my order n no communication am starting to think that they are scammers

Their products are quality n affordable n delivery time frame is very quick

Service delivery
The deliver is always earlier than expected and you receive the exact products you orders, but I wish that they could allow to add on your pending orders to avoid paying another delivery fee
