For the amount that I am paying every month to Discovery I'm disappointed with their service
I logged in a complain about my geyser 23 June 2025 , its 25 July 2025 my geyser is still not resolved.

Insure 24 service consultant-Discovery insure
The service that I have received from Moloko Mathabathe was amazing. I needed a towing truck , which is part of my insure 24 alarm response/road assist benefit. Within 30 minutes they arrived to pick up my car, the truck driver's name was Frans he was also professional and kind. Thank you Moloko Mathabathe. She even called an hour later to check if the service from towing truck was delivered and if all is well. I'm very happy , Discovery Insure never disappointed me concerning my car.
