My Golden Retriever, Cloud developed an allergic skin condition and the vet was concerned that it may be a thyroid problem. The tests were done and fortunately came out negative. I submitted the claim to Dotsure thinking it will take a while to settle the process, but within days the claim was paid. It was so easy and uncomplicated I was absolutely astounded. Thank you Dotsure and Chanley for the great service and friendly interaction. Cloud even received a "Get Well Soon" message from them. I am impressed with Dotsure and their staff.
We received an enthusiastic quote from this contractor calling himself Kirk (Joe If If I could I would give them minus 5. Kirk Pieterse as we found out later). We were put in contact with him by the Bark.com website which is supposed to be a reputable website. We paid him R12 000 deposit and he never pitched. Excuses, lies, ducking and diving. He has stolen our money and we probably won't get it back again. The guy is very slick so don't be fooled. Do not deal with him, run a mile if you don't want to loose money and sleep.
2 years ago, against all my instincts, I upgraded over the phone with MTN (Summer Mobile) I upgraded 4 contracts, one of them being a new device to which was added a booster bundle. The Phone did not arrive and after many months of paying for the phone without having it I managed to cancel the contract and upgrading instore, but unbeknown to me the booster bundle was not cancelled. 24 months later (Feb 2021) I want to cancel 2 of the data contracts and the booster bundle. At the beginning of Feb 2021 I cancelled these contracts on the phone and was assured that they have been cancelled. During the month I called a further 2 times and was informed that the contracts show on the system as being in the process of being cancelled. I now received a new invoice for all 4 contracts for a new month including the booster bundle. I called MTN to query this and was told that there is no evidence on the system that these contracts have been canceled. I have also sent emails to cancel the contracts , but nothing is being done. This company is a mafia organization that does not work to normal business standards. I have spent hours on the phone trying to achieve simple things without success. I have been to an MTN store to cancel the contracts but they have to phone it in to get it done and you stand in the store for hours but get nothing done either. what do I do now. I have been told that this forum is the precursor to going to the ombud for cellphones, so this is why I am making an official complaint here. Stay clear off these crooks. I would have given the minus 5 but one star is the worst here and trust me this is really highly over rating them for service.
