Excellent Service Wilcote Franchising
In February I wrote about the problems I had with Wilcote Ballito. Due to some issues the owner Ryan only received my E Mails in March. Ryan really impressed me with his willingness to go the extra mile and has delivered excellent service. I highly recommend both Ryan and Wilcote Ballito for putting the customer first

Bad Service - Wilcote Ballito
In March 2020 I approached Wilcote for a quote on painting my roof. After accepting their quote, it took about 2 weeks for them to commence the job. They job subsequently took about 3 weeks to complete the job and was only finished in about June after the lifting of Covid restrictions. The workers were unprofessional and I complained about blotches in roof. In about August they repainted the roof and cleaned the overspray off my 2 solar panels. The roof still had blotches, but I was sick and tired of having them wasting my time on attempting to repair their bad workmanship. To have paid over R20 000 for an amateur job was really the last straw or so I thought. At the time of doing my roof I warned the foreman that carport awning could not take the weight of his workers. In December some kids asked me to get a ball off the carport roof. This when I noticed that Wilcote staff had damaged my awning and gutter. I phoned Ryan from Wilcote on 3 occasions, the last time being early January .I subsequently sent 2 x E Mails which were ignored, except for one E Mail saying they would attend to my query. ( computer generated E Mail) It is has now cost me R3500-00 to repair the awning and I still have a blotchy roof. I will never use or recommend this firm again.
