Bombarded with unwanted info
I've been inundated with marketing communication from ABSA. Their email states at the bottom to send an email to unsubscribe@absa.co.za if you no longer with to receive comms. I've sent 2 different mails to unsubscribe. I've phoned call center and pleaded my case. I still get marketing comms.

Communication impossible
I cannot log into my app or account and attempting assistance via the WhatsApp channel failed as well. Agents at customer care don't answer call either.

Cell C severe debit issues
Cell C double-debited me in March for my fibre . I informed them the day after this and communication started. By April this issue hasn't been rectified however they triple-debited me for this product. I've had numerous calls with no real solution being provided. I keep getting empty feedback that someone is looking at it, however after 51 days of the initial issue and 20 days after the second I am yet to get my money back.

The best
Excellent and efficient service from Ruan. I was greeted and treated with respect, documents were set up and completed in an orderly fashion and I was finished with my purchase quicker than I expected.
